Copag is pleased to announce a multi-year agreement to return as the official playing card of the most prestigious, longest-running and richest gaming event in the world, the World Series of Poker (WSOP). 
 
Copag, the world market leader in the manufacturing of playing cards for over 100 years, and the WSOP, the most trusted brand in poker have partnered to create a unique playing card experience. 
 
Copag’s best quality playing cards will be spread during the preeminent poker festival, with two unique set ups to be featured for the first time in WSOP history.

Tournaments begin at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 31st  and runs 24 hours a day for seven consecutive weeks.

Poker’s largest live event will feature a unique set of playing cards. The WSOP Main Event takes place July 9 - July 18, 2016. 
 
Last years’ WSOP attracted over 100,000 participants from 111 different countries and the tournament awarded over $210 million in prize money.

Copag Spanish Card Deck
 
The Baraja (literally deck/pack of cards) is a Spanish set of playing cards with some resemblance to the 52-card Anglo-American-French deck, but is usually made up of only 40 cards. It has a quite high resemblance to the Italian deck. 
 
Choose either a red or blue deck.

Pinochle is a trick-taking game typically for two, three or four players and played with a 48 card deck. Derived from the card game bezique, players score points by trick-taking and also by forming combinations of cards into melds. It is thus considered part of a "trick-and-meld" category which also includes a cousin, belote. Each hand is played in three phases: bidding, melds, and tricks.
