• 30 days to return from receipt of the order.

• New items returned sealed and intact receive full refund or store credit.

• Opened, used, sale, clearance and discounted items are assessed a 20% restocking fee.

• No returns on custom items and special order items.

• No refunds for Collector Chips

• Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

• Actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount on Free Shipping items.

Return refunds will be processed during business days within 72 hours of receipt. The refund will be returned back to the original payment method.
